Born from personal experience
Special Events for Neuro Diverse Company was inspired by our own family's journey. After my son was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, I realised how difficult it could be to find inclusive activities where neurodiverse children and their families felt truly welcomed and understood. I wanted to create the kind of community I wished had been available to us.
Our mission: community and inclusion
Our goal is to create a community where every neurodiverse child, young person, and family feels welcomed, included, and valued. We want to provide more than just events—we want to create opportunities for families to build friendships, make lasting memories, and access support in a safe, understanding environment.
Meet our founder, Abbi Crowther
Special Events for Neuro Diverse Company is founded by Abbi Crowther, a parent with lived experience of raising a neurodiverse child. Abbi's personal journey inspired her to create SEND after recognising the need for more inclusive, welcoming events for neurodiverse children, young people, and their families.
